Damascus Gear Product Warranty

Damascus Gear® warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use or service for 90 days following delivery to customer. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, the exclusive remedy and sole liability shall be for Damascus Gear® to repair or replace the defective product. In order to qualify under this warranty, customer must notify dealer where they purchased the product of the defect prior to the end of the 90 day warranty period. This Limited Warranty applies only where the products have not been subject to misuse, negligence or accident. No returns are to be made directly to Damascus Gear® unless authorized by the Returns Authorization (RA) Department.

THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW.
